Prairie Creek Redwoods is the ultimate redwood haven for old-growth trees, and arguably one of the most scenic.
The park contains 14,000-acres of largely undisturbed and biologically diverse vegetation and indigenous species ever since mining had closed in the 1920’s.
These photos were shot under natural lighting, allowing limited post work -which are my favorite conditions to work under.
Unfortunately these state parks are threatened with pollution, wildfires, and logging due to budget cuts. Please take a moment to help preserve these ecological, and natural wonders here.
