SUMMARY

The downtown of many major cities is frequented by bankers, lawyers, and entrepreneurs during the day.

In Los Angeles, the downtown area turns into an modern day wild west.  At night, most of the neighborhood becomes vacant, forcing the city to completely change.  Right after happy hour, the streets are suddenly mixed with Hollywood runaways, yuppies, vagrants, starving artists, and prostituting transvestites.

At the heart of it all, on 6th and San Pedro, exists the country’s largest concentrated drug zone, Skid Row.
